Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Support Specialist – Remote Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through various communication channels, including chat, email, and phone. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
