Responsibilities
As an Online Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments.
- Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the ever-evolving products and services, ensuring that you're up-to-date on the latest offerings and features.
- Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our dealership clients to build their customer base and drive sales.
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback to our clients.
- Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues, address concerns, and provide exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications
To succeed as an Online Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus).
- The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above being preferred.
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills, as well as a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change.
- A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a pleasant, patient, and friendly attitude.
