The Role
As a Seasonal Customer Service Healthcare Representative, you'll play a vital role in helping arenaflex customers navigate their healthcare-related inquiries. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound calls and outbound campaigns to inform customers about changes that may affect them
- Providing support with updating personal information on accounts, completing orders, and addressing other healthcare-related concerns
- Collaborating with our team to resolve complex issues and provide personalized solutions
- Working closely with our partners to ensure seamless customer experiences
What We Expect
To excel in this role, you'll need to possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong typing skills, with the ability to type 25 words per minute
- Intermediate to advanced technical proficiency, with the ability to toggle between multiple systems while communicating with customers
- Open availability between 8am-2am EST, 7 days a week
- A competitive salary starting at $13/hr in training, with pay rates varying by program fit during selection consideration
Working from Home
As a remote worker, you'll need to meet the following technical requirements:
- A PC or laptop running Windows 10 operating system (no Mac, Chromebook, Tablet, or Smartphone)
- High-speed internet with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and a minimum upload speed of 6 Mbps
- Ability to connect directly to the internet service provider modem with an Ethernet cable (WIFI is not acceptable)
- 2 dedicated computer monitors, minimum 13 inches or larger
- A VoIP USB headset with microphone and a Web Cam for Training
- A dedicated workspace in your home that is free of background noise and distractions
