As a Customer Service Representative – Refill Pharmacy Technician, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Ensure process efficiency: Work with patients and physicians to coordinate fertility plans and medications, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
• Pay attention to detail: Accurately obtain and enter patient information, including shipping, insurance, and payment details.
• Be a team player: Escalate complex claims to the Sr. Billing & Reimbursement Specialists for prompt action.
• Deliver exceptional customer service: Resolve customer issues and ensure 100% follow-up to customers, ensuring a positive experience.

What You Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you'll need:

Valid CPhT license

(if residing in AZ) or

valid MA Tech license

(if residing in MA) – Preferred CPhT

Excellent customer service, organization, and time management skills

High School Diploma or GED

*

PC skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Internet

* Residency within the state of Arizona or within driving distance of Newburyport, Massachusetts
