Experienced Customer Success Specialist / Live Chat Support – Remote Customer Experience Team

Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Specialist / Live Chat Support, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers through live chat, addressing inquiries and providing product support
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions
  • Documenting customer interactions in our CRM system to ensure accurate record-keeping and follow-up
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex issues and escalate where necessary
  • Gathering customer feedback and insights to assist in improving our products and services
  • Staying informed about new features and services to provide accurate information to customers
  • Managing customer accounts and ensuring proper onboarding to enhance their success with our offerings

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* First response time: Respond to customer inquiries within 1 minute

  • Resolution rate: Resolve customer issues within 2 hours
  • Customer satisfaction: Achieve a customer satisfaction rating of 90% or higher
  • Escalation rate: Escalate complex issues to the relevant department within 30 minutes

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous experience in customer support or a similar role, preferably in a remote environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with live chat tools and CRM software
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
  • Proficiency in managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously
  • Great interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with customers

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Familiarity with CRM software and live chat tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
