As part of the Global Aftersales Process & Data Organization, you will work across all Aftersales process areas and collaborate with global stakeholders and regional teams. To further strengthen our global process and data governance and to ensure operational stability across ongoing and future transformation initiatives, we are looking for a Senior Process & Data Manager with a strong cross-process mindset and hands-on governance experience. In this role, you will oversee the operational execution within the Aftersales Process & Data Organization, act as a key coordination link between the Process Owner, global process experts, ICT, Business Process Management and relevant stakeholders. You will support governance, compliance and performance monitoring to ensure consistent global implementation, standardization and documentation.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You govern the global Aftersales process landscape, ensuring quality, consistency, lifecycle management and documentation approvals
  • You own the global Aftersales change request backlog, coordinating cross‑process input, supporting prioritization and conducting structured impact evaluations (business value, profitability, Clean Core, scalability)
  • You design and maintain cross‑system roles and authorization concepts, ensuring SoD compliance and alignment with global governance standards
  • You support the implementation of global process templates and operational changes, coordinate incidents and govern justified exceptions while minimizing process customization
  • You coordinate Aftersales reporting requirements, ensure end‑to‑end process KPI definitions, and act as a governance and quality gate between business stakeholders, process experts and the data & analytics organization, driving effective communication and end‑user enablement

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Several years of experience in process management, data management or business operations in a complex, international environment - Aftersales experience is a strong advantage
  • Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA processes, process governance, roles & authorizations and Clean Core principles
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in evaluating change requests, cross‑process impacts and preparing decision-ready assessments
  • Experience with process documentation and governance tools (e.g. Signavio) and reporting or BI environments
  • Very good communication skills in English; German is a plus
