Facebook Social Media Strategist - Organic Marketing (f/m/d)

Your mission is to command the global direction and keep every ship in all our markets in the Facebook fleet on the same strategy. Using data and shifting market currents to make sure our organic growth never hits a calm, but keeps sailing fast and true.

This role can be based in Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, Spain, the UK, Poland. Salary Range for Germany: 42.000€ - 50.000€ (the salary range will adapt accordingly to your location)

Lead Channel Strategy Development

  • Define and own the overarching Facebook strategy across all markets, ensuring alignment with the markets

  • Translate business objectives into actionable OKR’s and initiatives

  • Be on top of the platform trends, new features, and constantly testing new growth hacks/ideas. 

  • Set global channel KPIs with the data and analytics teams; ensure markets are aligned and can check reports correctly. 

  • Translate data insights into channel-level recommendations.

Cross-Market Alignment & Strategic Facilitation

  • Act as the central owner of Facebook, establishing guidelines, and best practices 

  • for consistent execution across markets

  • Ensure brand consistency while enabling market-level flexibility

  • Serve as the single point of contact for all topics related to Facebook (Bugs, Flagging of content, Contacting support)

  • Facilitate regular cross-market meetings to discuss performance, align on upcoming strategic decisions, share performance insights, and discuss platform updates. 

  • Provide strategic reviews on Facebook with market social managers/leads to boost the performance and define next action items (monthly meetings)

  • Encourage two-way knowledge sharing between global and market teams, improving scalability

  • Provide strategic input into creative and copy direction for campaigns to ensure it supports channel and business objectives

  • Evaluate and recommend platform innovations or third-party tools that can enhance channel performance.

  • 3 or more years of experience with posting and driving organic reach on Facebook 

  • Ability to lead in a matrix structure without disciplinary responsibilities

  • Strong analytical skills - (Google Analytics; Excel, CSV, Lookerstudio)

  • Knowledge of known tools for social media is an advantage (Meta Business Suite, Fanpagekarma)

  • High Social Media affinity and interest

  • Excellent communication skills and a true team player

  • Proactive and hands-on attitude, high problem-solving skills

  • Very good English skills in written and spoken
