Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our healthcare clients, answering inbound calls, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls from healthcare clients, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all interactions are courteous, professional, and respectful
• Input data accurately and efficiently, maintaining high levels of productivity and accuracy
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet client needs
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Eligibility Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• At least 1 year of high-volume call center experience, with a strong track record of delivering results
• Healthcare call center experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse client populations
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Reliable, high-speed internet and a distraction-free workspace required
