Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences through consultative behaviors, anticipating customer needs, and providing solutions to meet their requirements
- Provide expert knowledge of arenaflex products and services, including printing, signs and graphics, and shipping solutions
- Take complex customer orders, provide accurate pricing information, and assemble parcels for shipping
- Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly retail environment, adhering to arenaflex standards and policies
- Process financial transactions, handle cash, and make change using a Point of Sale terminal (POS)
- Clean, repair, and stock all retail store printing and shipping equipment and supplies to ensure optimal performance and availability
- Stay current on retail store merchandising materials and ensure proper display of all retail area product and signage
- Take preemptive action to prevent errors and waste, and complete required financial paperwork
Essential Functions
* Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods
- Ability to move and lift 55 pounds
- Ability to bend/twist at the waist and knees on a consistent basis
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members
- Ability to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure
- Ability to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to report regularly to work and maintain established business hours
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous retail or customer service experience
- Knowledge of printing, signs and graphics, and shipping solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
