Sales Development Representative

Display Sales is an experience creation company that specializes in commercial holiday decorations, banners, and flags. They are seeking a motivated, entry-level Sales Development Representative to help drive growth by creating new opportunities for the sales team through inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify inbound leads and determine next steps
  • Conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, follow-ups) to generate new opportunities
  • Schedule meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to Account Managers
  • Maintain consistent daily activity to build pipeline
  • Research prospects and identify new opportunities
  • Support the sales team with quotes, order details, and customer communication
  • Confirm order details and ensure accuracy before handoff to operations
  • Track all activity in CRM (Salesforce or similar)
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to deliver a strong customer experience

Skills

  • 0–2 years of experience (sales, customer service, hospitality, or similar)
  • Strong communication skills (phone + email)
  • Willingness to make outbound calls and handle rejection positively
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and coachable
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • CRM or Microsoft Office experience is a plus, not required
