Job Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with our logistics team to ensure seamless coordination of commodity and import shipments, including booking and coordination of the most cost-effective and efficient means of transportation.
- Data Entry and Management: Accurately and efficiently enter and manage data related to shipments, including documentation, tracking, and reporting.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Analytics: Assist in the preparation and distribution of logistics dashboards and metrics to support business decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or related field
, or equivalent experience with a proven track record of success.
2+ years of experience in logistics
, with a strong understanding of sea and air cargo operations.
Proficiency in data entry software
, including experience with Scene, SQL, and Salesforce.
Knowledge of Incoterms and broad cargo shipping terms and standards
.
Ability to travel up to 10%
for meetings and training.
