Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their queries and concerns, and helping them make the most of our products and services. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and escalations
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service
• Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to record interactions and build customer data

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual team environment
• Knowledge of arenaflex products and a passion for sustainable energy is an asset
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
