Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join our DoorDash delivery operations team. As a key member of our boutique distribution center, you'll work closely with our local warehouse operating team to ensure high-quality customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently to meet customer expectations
  • Managing inventory and monitoring shelf life to minimize spoilage and ensure freshness
  • Maintaining a safe and respectful work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration
  • Delighting customers by ensuring substitutions are approved with their consent and providing exceptional customer service

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
