Job Description
As a customer service representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibility will be to connect with customers through phone, email, or chat. You'll be the voice of arenaflex, helping customers with their queries and concerns. You'll work closely with our vendors and sellers to support and improve customer service, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Use various communication channels to assist arenaflex customers, including phone, email, or chat
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and questions in a timely and professional manner
- Create resolutions for customers by solving their issues and escalating matters to the relevant arenaflex departments when necessary
- Collaborate with arenaflex vendors and sellers to support and improve customer service
- Manage multiple tasks and prioritize customer service to ensure that customers receive the best possible experience
- Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products, services, and policies and be able to advise customers on their inquiries
- Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays on a shift schedule basis, and overtime as needed
Qualifications:
* Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
- Professional experience in customer service (preferably in an e-commerce setting)
- Great communicator with excellent listening, verbal, and writing skills in English
- Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while connecting with the team remotely
- Proficient in navigating multiple computer systems and software while communicating with customers
