Day in the Life of a Brand Champion

As a Work-at-Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients across various industries. Your day will be filled with:

• Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Providing solutions to customers' problems, ensuring one call resolution
• Answering general customer service questions, including service issues, billing inquiries, and product enhancement opportunities
• Building genuine connections with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized support
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have a High School Diploma or GED
• Have previous experience interacting with customers/clients, solving problems through troubleshooting, and creating connections
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Be able to actively engage and listen to customers
• Exhibit empathy and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment, focusing on one call resolution
• Be able to learn new concepts quickly and efficiently, and apply those learnings in real-time

Work-from-Home Equipment Requirements

To ensure a seamless work-from-home experience, you'll need:

• High-speed internet with a minimum speed of 20Mbps download and 10Mbps upload
• Ethernet cable connection (no Wi-Fi)
• Personal desktop or laptop computer with Windows 10 Operating System, minimum of 2 core processor with 2GHz processor speed, and at least 8GB RAM
• USB headset with microphone
• Webcam
• Chromebooks/Mac computers cannot be utilized for this position
