Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound sales calls, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that every customer interaction is a positive and memorable experience. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound sales calls, responding to customer inquiries and providing solutions to their needs

  • Work closely with our sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and to provide customers with personalized recommendations
  • Utilize our CRM system to manage customer interactions, track sales performance, and analyze customer behavior
  • Collaborate with our product team to stay up-to-date on new products and features, and to provide customers with accurate information and solutions
  • Participate in sales challenges and team-building activities to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service and sales

What You'll Need

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and work independently
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work in a virtual environment, with a strong understanding of technology and software applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer behavior and sales performance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a call center or sales environment, with a strong understanding of sales processes and customer service principles

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and software applications, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Experience working in a virtual environment, with a strong understanding of technology and software applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer behavior and sales performance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
