Key Responsibilities:

What You'll Bring:

* 4-year degree or 5+ years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Valid driver's license (for occasional on-site visits)
