Responsibilities:
+ Handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts. + Respond to support-related inquiries from existing customers and sales-related queries from potential new customers. + Collaborate with our team to resolve customer issues and provide solutions. + Continuously improve your skills and knowledge through training and feedback.
Requirements:
+ No previous experience is required; full training will be provided to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role. + Access to a device (phone, tablet, or laptop) capable of accessing social media and website chat functions. + Ability to work independently, closely follow provided instructions, and have a reliable internet connection. + Availability of at least 10 hours per week.
