What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Maintaining standard call volume as outlined in Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Engaging in outbound calling when inbound call volume is low to maximize opportunities
  • Assisting in achieving company and department KPIs
  • Participating in training and utilizing tools and resources for professional growth
  • Addressing customer concerns effectively, involving management as necessary

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous customer service experience in a call center environment (preferred but not required)
  • Experience with common office hardware and software, including Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and dependability
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
