Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service and Operations Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and satisfying experience with our company. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise
• Collaborating with our product and engineering teams to inform our product roadmap and drive continuous improvement
• Advocating for our customers and sharing their feedback to help us better understand their needs and preferences
• Working closely with all members of the arenaflex team to drive success and achieve our goals
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure we're always delivering the highest level of service

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a strong combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities. Here are the key requirements:

• 4+ years of relevant experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the financial industry
• Experience working with FINRA licenses (e.g. Series 6, 7) is highly desirable
• A strong interest in helping people achieve their financial goals and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Familiarity with customer service best practices and tools, including CRM software and other relevant technologies
• Ability to work flexible hours if necessary to solve customers' problems and meet business needs
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup or similar environment is a plus
