Compensation:
$75-$150 per 1-hour session, $300-$750 for multi-session studies

Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Participating in focus group discussions by completing written and oral instructions
- Providing feedback on products and services using written surveys or during live discussions
- Using provided products and/or services (if applicable) and sharing your experience during meetings
- Showing up at least 10 minutes before the scheduled discussion start time
Job Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have:
- Access to a smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- The ability to engage fully in one or several focus group topics
- The ability to read, comprehend, and follow both oral and written instructions
- No prior customer service experience necessary
