Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for interacting with current and prospective customers in a professional and friendly manner, addressing inquiries, providing information about our client's products, and offering assistance to ensure their needs are met. Your primary goal will be to generate leads for the sales team to execute sales presentations to customers, with the goal of enrolling them in our client's available services. Qualifications and Skills
