Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for interacting with current and prospective customers in a professional and friendly manner, addressing inquiries, providing information about our client's products, and offering assistance to ensure their needs are met. Your primary goal will be to generate leads for the sales team to execute sales presentations to customers, with the goal of enrolling them in our client's available services. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client interactions, inquiries, feedback, and resolutions in our CRM system
  • Collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client interactions and needs

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Previous experience in customer support, client management, or a related field is preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Empathetic and patient demeanor when dealing with client inquiries and concerns

Education
