Job Summary

As a Technical Specialist – Datacom and Video Support Services, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our clients on a wide range of datacom and video support services. You will work closely with our team of experts to identify and resolve technical issues, provide training and support to our clients, and develop and implement new solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide technical support and guidance to clients on datacom and video support services, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues

  • Collaborate with our team of experts to identify and resolve technical issues, and develop and implement new solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients
  • Provide training and support to clients on datacom and video support services, including hands-on training and documentation
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles to support our clients
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new solutions and services to meet the evolving needs of our clients
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals and presentations to support sales efforts
  • Participate in the development and implementation of our technical support strategy and roadmap

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, engineering, or telecommunications

  • 3+ years of experience in datacom and video support services, including technical support and guidance to clients
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of datacom and video support technologies, such as IP, RF, and QAM
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical clients
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP, and other technical tools and software

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a related field, such as computer science, engineering, or telecommunications

  • 5+ years of experience in datacom and video support services, including technical support and guidance to clients
  • Strong knowledge of video and audio technologies, including encoding, decoding, and mixing
  • Experience with network security principles and industry best practices
  • Knowledge of investigation and reporting tools, such as Splunk and Zabbix
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting, including the ability to develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
