Job Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Understanding all inbound and outbound calling strategies to ensure seamless customer interactions
  • Taking all overflow inbound service calls to ensure that all calls are answered in a timely manner
  • Assisting customers with appointment scheduling and providing exceptional service to meet their needs
  • Working closely with Service Managers to ensure the customer experience is consistently met or exceeded
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of dealership systems and technologies to provide informed support to customers
  • Staying up-to-date on marketing campaigns and manufacturer updates to provide accurate information to customers

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Proficiency on phones and computer systems
  • A professional and polite demeanor, with a friendly and outgoing personality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide a world-class experience to our customers
  • Call Center and Appointment Setting experience, with a proven track record of success
  • Organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
  • Strong team player with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues
  • Bilingual skills are a strong plus, but not required
