Key Responsibilities

As a Retail Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

Customer Interaction

+ Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shipping and packing needs. + Provide information on arenaflex products and services, including shipping options, delivery times, and costs. + Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently.

Service and Sales

+ Promote and sell arenaflex products and services to meet customer needs. + Assist customers with packaging their items securely to ensure safe delivery. + Offer additional services such as printing, copying, and office supplies.

Transaction Management

+ Process shipping transactions accurately using arenaflex systems. + Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions securely and efficiently. + Ensure all shipping documentation is completed correctly and legibly.

Operational Support

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the customer service counter and surrounding areas. + Restock supplies and materials as needed to ensure smooth operations. + Follow company policies and procedures for shipping, handling, and safety.

Technical Proficiency

+ Operate point-of-sale systems, shipping software, and other relevant technology. + Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues with shipping equipment and systems.

Team Collaboration

+ Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and objectives. + Assist with training new employees and sharing best practices for customer service and sales.

Compliance

+ Adhere to all arenaflex policies, procedures, and regulations, including those related to security and privacy. + Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for shipping and handling.

Qualifications

* Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience: Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills:

+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills. + Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. + Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions and documentation. + Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.

  • Physical Requirements:

+ Ability to lift and handle packages up to 50 pounds. + Standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks such as bending and reaching.
