Job Description:

Project Context: We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of the Hub 2.0 portfolio management solution. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse), strong architectural skills, and experience integrating AI and Azure services to deliver scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions

Qualifications:

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of experience architecting and delivering Microsoft Power Platform solutions in Enterprise environments.
  • Strong expertise in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • Strong expertise in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 integration.
  • Experience designing complex data models and security configurations in Dataverse.
  • Experience with AI/ML integration in business applications.
  • Ability to create technical documentation and architectural diagrams.
  • Hands-on experience integrating Power Platform with Azure services (Azure Data Lake, Azure ML, Azure OpenAI).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Azure ecosystem, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and API Management.
  • Solid understanding of software architecture principles, cloud-native design, and microservices.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools for Power Platform (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
  • Strong knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (Azure AD, OAuth).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the architectural design and governance of the Hub 2.0 Power Platform solution, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
  • Design and implement scalable Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate workflows, and Power BI reports/dashboards tailored for portfolio management.
  • Architect and manage Dataverse data models, relationships, and security roles to support complex portfolio, project, risk, and initiative data.
  • Integrate Power Platform components with Azure services such as Azure Data Lake, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure OpenAI to enable AI-driven insights and automation.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Define and enforce best practices, coding standards, and governance policies for Power Platform development and deployment.
  • Oversee CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform components, ensuring smooth and automated release management.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Power Platform developers and administrators.
  • Evaluate and recommend new Power Platform features, tools, and third-party integrations to enhance Hub 2.0 capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements within the Power Platform environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Power Platform and integrations.
