About the role

The Director of Marketing will lead demand generation efforts, optimize marketing strategies, and oversee key initiatives to support revenue growth. This role requires a data-driven and results-oriented mindset, a deep understanding of multi-channel marketing, and the ability to align marketing efforts with business goals. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with sales teams, manage external vendors, and drive effective messaging and positioning in the marketplace.

What you'll do

  • Define, innovate, and execute an multi-channel marketing plan with measurable KPIs to drive pipeline growth, velocity, win rates, and ROI.
  • Partner with sales and leadership teams to monitor market trends and adapt strategies to evolving industry dynamics.
  • Develop demand generation programs including ABM, paid ads, content marketing, SEO, email/nurture campaigns, and sales enablement initiatives.
  • Manage the company’s competitive intelligence, ensuring detailed insights on major competitors’ features, pricing, and promotions.
  • Construct optimal workflows and process management procedures, ensuring synchronization between Salesforce and marketing automation tools.
  • Maintain marketing analytics dashboards to track campaign effectiveness, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
  • Lead establishment of messaging materials and team enablement, partnering with internal experts and gathering customer insights to guide strategy.
  • Manage website, trade show collateral, external communications, blog posts, newsletters, and other digital content initiatives.
  • Ensure high-quality messaging and positioning across all marketing assets and customer-facing materials.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of marketing experience, primarily in Demand Generation.
  • 3+ years in B2B SaaS marketing (enterprise software is a plus).
  • Proven expertise in marketing automation, funnel tracking, and reporting.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple initiatives, ensuring timely execution and measurable impact.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, using qualitative and quantitative metrics to optimize marketing programs.
  • Hands-on experience in budget forecasting, vendor management, and campaign performance tracking.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to partner with sales to drive enablement, efficiency, and pipeline generation.
  • Ability to craft compelling content that drives meaningful engagement and sales conversions.
