Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, setting the tone for our practice and building trust and confidence with our clients. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments, presenting and explaining fees, and processing payments. You'll also be responsible for managing medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence, as well as ensuring the facility is neat and clean at all times.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms

  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Present and explain fees, and process payments
  • Answer questions regarding products and services, including educating clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care
  • Manage medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence
  • Ensure the facility is neat and clean at all times, both inside and outside
  • Participate in team-building events, theme days, and other fun activities to foster a positive and engaging work environment

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a veterinary or animal care setting

  • Knowledge of animal husbandry and non-medical pet care
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with medical records management and billing software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
