Role Responsibilities

As a Head, Customer Success at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading our customer success team in executing our revenue strategy to achieve our gross revenue retention goals. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Own our customer success processes: Develop and implement scalable processes for managing customer success, including health scoring, onboarding, adoption, renewals, cancellation deflection, and training.
  • Support our sales team: Identify expansion opportunities for our sales team and provide customer insights to inform marketing campaigns.
  • Create automation: Develop automation tools to help your team scale and manage large books of business, ensuring seamless customer interactions.
  • Become a product expert: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, including our digital signage solutions, to effectively position and sell them to customers.
  • Maintain customer relationships: Regularly engage with customers to understand their needs, challenges, and pain points, and apply this knowledge to improve our products and services.
  • Coach and develop your team: Provide guidance, support, and feedback to your team members to ensure they're equipped to deliver exceptional customer success.
  • Lead by example: Foster a culture of trust, candor, transparency, growth, learning, empowerment, performance, and accountability within your team.
  • Travel and represent arenaflex: Represent our company at customer sites and industry events, building relationships and strengthening our brand presence.

Role Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

5+ years of experience

in customer-facing roles, with multiple years of people management experience.

Proven track record

of managing high-volume accounts and understanding the differences between managing small and large accounts.

Strong analytical skills

, including proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel) and a solid understanding of SaaS metrics (e.g., NRR, GRR).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Experience with HubSpot

, our CRM, customer success system, marketing automation tool, and other relevant software platforms.

A passion for customer success

, with a drive to deliver exceptional results and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Total Compensation Package

As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • Competitive salary: $125K base salary, with an additional $50K variable component.
