Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative for American Express, you will be the first point of contact for our valued cardholders, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries promptly and efficiently. You will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer interactions via phone, email, and chat, while ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities

* Provide outstanding customer service to American Express cardholders via phone, email, and chat

  • Investigate and resolve cardholder concerns, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Document all interactions accurately and efficiently in our customer relationship management system

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

  • Previous customer service experience in a remote or call center environment is preferred
