Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for responding to inbound calls and initiating outbound calls to resolve moderately complex issues. You'll also be responsible for returning all internal/external calls, emails, and faxes in a timely manner, ensuring that customers' concerns are understood and resolution is clearly explained.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound calls and initiate outbound calls to resolve moderately complex issues

  • Return all internal/external calls, emails, and faxes in a timely manner
  • Ensure that customers' concerns are understood and resolution is clearly explained
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to resolve customer issues
  • Collaborate with CRC management to develop action plans to resolve issues and build effective customer relationships
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)

  • High volume call center experience with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide excellent customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity and quality standards
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve customer issues

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment

  • Proven B2B telemarketing or call center outbound sales experience
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
