Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Professional at arenaflex, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling a wide range of inquiries and issues. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving in-bound calls from customers who want to open a claim or resolve an issue
  • Listening attentively to customers' concerns, answering questions, and working with them to find a resolution
  • Using your expertise to proactively make recommendations that will help customers avoid future issues
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless customer experiences
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues in a timely manner

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a customer-centric individual who's passionate about delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A relentless drive to provide exceptional customer service, with a focus on building strong relationships and resolving issues efficiently
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • The ability to adapt to change and work well in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible and adaptable mindset
  • The ability to multi-task using technology while handling calls, with a strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools

Availability and Scheduling

We're hiring for a range of shifts, including:

  • Monday-Friday 12p-9pm EST
  • Saturday and Sunday 10am-6:30pm
  • This job is 40 hours a week, with shifts usually consisting of 5 consecutive days on with 2 consecutive days off for 8-hour shifts. However, shifts can change to meet business needs, so it's essential that you have open overall availability
  • We pay shift differentials for night and weekend schedules worked, ensuring that you're fairly compensated for your hard work

Training and Development

When you start, we'll provide comprehensive training to ensure that you're equipped to deliver exceptional results. Our training program includes:

  • A combination of virtual "class room" and "on the job" training that's typically 6 weeks long, but can vary depending on your needs and progress
  • Classroom training hours are typically Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm EST, with a lunch break
