Position Overview

You'll also offer personalized assistance and guidance to card members regarding their accounts and financial needs, educating them on arenaflex products, services, and benefits.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat channels

  • Address card members' inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions with a focus on first-contact resolution
  • Offer personalized assistance and guidance to card members regarding their accounts and financial needs
  • Educate card members on arenaflex products, services, and benefits

Required Skills

* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
