Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and web-based interactions, ensuring that our customers receive timely and accurate support for their billing, insurance verification, product, or service questions.
- Managing both inbound and outbound calls, proactively identifying solutions to anticipated customer inquiries and taking a hands-on approach to resolving every issue.
- Collaborating with our pharmacist and pharmacy staff to provide clinical advisement and ensure that our customers receive the best possible support.
- Providing best-in-class service experiences for our customers, even in fast-paced environments, and helping to answer customer inquiries regarding their insurance and copays, as well as shipping needs.
- Offering technical support to customers navigating our online pharmacy platform, pharmacy.amazon.com.
- Serving customers in a timely manner to maximize our relationship with them and understand that each interaction is an opportunity to build a long-term relationship.
- Maintaining adherence to our company's Work From Home policy and promoting customer privacy and safety.
- Collaborating with our team to achieve our goals and objectives, and demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older)
- 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools
- Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
Preferred Qualifications
* 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
- Experience working in a customer service or call center
- Experience working in a healthcare environment
- Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality
- Demonstrated ability to work as a team member
