Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service and Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for growing and developing an assigned group of targeted customers via phone and email, leading a team of customer service and sales experts to achieve outstanding performance, and using the latest tech tools to streamline processes and enhance team productivity. You will also be responsible for building strong, lasting relationships with clients and team members, taking ownership of sales goals, developing strategic plans, and contributing to our company's success.
