What You Will Do
As an Experienced Customer Service Consultant - Work from Home, you will be responsible for:
- Connecting with inbound customers online and over the phone to understand their needs and preferences
- Guiding customers through the car buying journey, from online sales or appraisal to arranging finance applications and scheduling vehicle delivery
- Ensuring a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing to provide an unrivaled customer service experience
- Mentoring others as your skillset expands
- Achieving sales targets while providing an iconic customer experience
- Acquiring the Automotive Sales Persons License in specific states (may require testing and travel as some states request physical presence to apply for the license)
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to sales leads and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Use your knowledge of arenaflex's inventory to guide customers towards vehicles that meet their needs
- Provide exceptional customer service through every step of the car buying journey
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet sales targets and provide an iconic customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers
Qualifications and Requirements
* Sales and customer service experience, preferably in retail or a related field
- Thrive in a fast-paced sales environment with a high level of self-motivation to achieve performance goals
- Good listening skills and a strong customer focus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn and master new technologies, with strong computer skills
- Open availability for shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be open to shifting schedules two times per year according to the needs of the business
- Hybrid role with a requirement for working on site one day per week
- Must meet minimum technology requirements (type of internet service and speed of internet service)
- Candidates must live within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location
