Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service and Medical Receptionist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to incoming inquiries and service requests from patients, employees, providers, vendors, and others via phone, email, web portal, and other communication channels
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers while maintaining the highest level of customer service and quality standards
  • Collaborating with colleagues to support one or more service delivery teams and contribute to a positive work environment
  • Establishing and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with customers to identify additional ways to provide exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Helping to foster an environment that encourages continuous improvement in business processes and services
  • Adhering to all local, state, and federal regulations, codes, policies, and procedures to ensure the privacy and safety of employee and patient information

Additional Requirements

To be eligible for this position, you must be a resident of one of the following states: Utah, Idaho, Arizona, Tennessee, Montana, Missouri, Louisiana, or South Carolina. This is a work-from-home position, so you'll need to have a reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 15 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.

Education and Experience

* High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)

  • 1 year of experience in medical and healthcare, human resources, payroll, accounts payable, supply chain, call center, or related customer service experience
  • 1 year of experience with computer programs such as Microsoft Office, electronic mail, and information systems or database programs

Skills and Competencies

* Knowledge of processes within one or more of the following functions: human resources, payroll, accounts payable, supply chain, revenue cycle customer billing

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain sensitive information clearly and professionally to diverse audiences
  • Time management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize assignments and work within standardized operating procedures and scientific methods to achieve objectives and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work with and maintain confidential information
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including accomplishing multiple tasks in an environment with interruptions
  • Ability to identify, evaluate, and resolve standard problems by selecting appropriate solutions from established options
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with peers and other healthcare providers to achieve departmental and corporate objectives
  • Familiarity with office equipment such as multi-lined phones, printers, faxes, copiers, and scanners

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
