Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch support to our customers. You'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer contacts, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

* Answer telephones and respond to basic customer questions using established methods provided in training

  • Forward calls to appropriate personnel and record call details on account history records
  • Process customer requests by sending faxes, returning telephone messages, sending mail documents, or using other related communication under direct supervision
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and resolutions
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Zero to two years of customer service or related experience
  • Experience working with organizational functions and personnel
  • Familiarity with fax machines, computer software, and telephone technology
  • Basic business and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow oral and written directions

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer-facing environment

  • Familiarity with help desk software and other customer service tools
  • Basic Spanish language skills (English and Spanish languages will be supported)
  • Experience working with organizational functions and personnel
  • Experience working with and skilled in the use of help desk software
