Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative on our Virtual Apron Support Team, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing consultative customer service that consistently meets or exceeds arenaflex standards of excellence and customer expectations
- Creating an effortless customer experience through phone interactions, email, chat, and email inquiries
- Utilizing a uniform script to place outbound calls to customers from leads obtained from various marketing sources
- Scheduling new appointments, confirming, rescheduling, or canceling appointments by validating customer information and project qualification
- Answering inbound calls from internal and external customers who have been referred through a store associate, internet lead, or other source
- Resolving customer conflicts and escalations in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide complete end-to-end issue resolution
- Adhering to arenaflex processes and policies to ensure seamless customer experiences
Essential Qualifications
* Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to negotiate, handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances with both internal and external customers
Preferred Qualifications
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to take ownership of customer issues and provide complete end-to-end issue resolution
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
