Our mission: empowering high-performing teams to build the next big everything. We are currently looking for a Junior Recruiter to the supply zone to join one of our businesses — Brighterly. Brighterly is a startup building an online math and reading learning platform for children in USA. Today, we are already among the top 10 online tutoring platforms in the US market.

In just 4 years, we have: — Reached 50,000+ lessons per month, growing from 3 tutors to 800+; — Built a team of 60+ professionals; — Developed a personalized learning platform for students and their parents.

Key challenges of the Junior Recruiter role

— Managing candidates throughout the hiring funnel (from Application to Offer); — Publishing and updating vacancies, managing job boards; — Coordinating the interviewers team (scheduling, communication, availability); — Working with data: maintaining trackers and monitoring hiring performance metrics; — Communicating with candidates and supporting them throughout the process; — Collaborate with onboarding and supply teams to ensure smooth pipeline flow; — Support improvements in hiring processes and candidate experience.

The Junior Recruiter role is a great opportunity to become part of a team that builds a scalable tutor hiring system and directly impacts the growth of the platform and the quality of students’ learning experience!

Requirements — 6+ months of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition; — English level: B2+ (both written and spoken); — Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously; — Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets; — Strong communication and organizational skills; — Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly.

Nice to have — Experience working with ATS / CRM systems; — Previous experience in EdTech or high-volume hiring environments; — Understanding of the full hiring lifecycle and basic metrics.
