As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to plan, monitor, and control project performance and service level agreements (SLAs). Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will collaborate across teams, guide decision-making, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project control processes to ensure efficient and timely project delivery
  • Create, maintain, and monitor project schedules using advanced tools and methodologies
  • Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, project timelines, and quality standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project performance and delivery outcomes
  • Lead project management and scheduling initiatives across multiple teams
  • Support strategic decision-making by providing accurate reporting and analytics
  • Act as an SME, guiding team members and contributing to key project decisions
  • Provide solutions to complex project challenges across teams

What you need to succeed:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in English and German B2/C1 (mandatory)
  • Advanced proficiency in Capital Project Controls & Analytics
  • Advanced proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6
  • Strong knowledge of Project Management Basics
  • Advanced understanding of Transmission and Distribution Fundamentals
  • Solid experience in Program & Project Management (recommended advanced level)
  • Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making
  • Leadership and team collaboration
  • Problem-solving across multiple teams and functions
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Nice to have

  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools
  • Background in large-scale infrastructure or energy projects
  • Experience working in cross-functional and international teams
