Position Purpose:

Responsible for supporting supply chain planning and execution through data-driven analysis and system integration. This role processes, analyzes, and transforms data to support demand planning, inventory flow, and order fulfillment. The analyst is technically capable of translating business needs into system requirements and ensuring accurate, timely data flows across supply chain systems.

About the role:

  • Partner with a broad cross-functional team of stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and deliver business and system requirements.

  • Owns data downloads and uploads across the supply chain planning lifecycle, including Forecasts, Purchase Orders, Stock Transfer Orders, and Serviceable Demand calculations.

  • Create, manage, and validate inputs, calculations, and outputs required to flow inventory requirements and orders between Blue Yonder, prepack tools, and SAP.

  • Work with multiple data sources, performing data extraction, transformation, and validation to ensure information can be accurately consumed by downstream systems and reporting tools.

  • Design and maintain complex reports and dashboards that provide reliable, actionable insights for business processes, projects, and leadership decision-making.

  • Generate business and system requirements, translating supply chain needs into functional and technical specifications for data integrations and solutions.

  • Develop programming solutions and data transformations to enable automated data flows between supply chain systems.

  • Collaborate closely with the Information Services department to ensure proper system support, data integrity, and seamless integration between supply chain applications.

  • Recommend and help develop administrative procedures, controls, and documentation for the operation and maintenance of complex supply chain information systems.

  • Participate in analytical projects related to supply chain planning, systems enhancements, and process improvements.

About you:

  • English Level: Advanced proficiency in English (C1).

  • Education Level: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science or relevant business experience. 

  • Experience: 3+ years

  • Proficiency with data extraction, analysis, and visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar platforms.

  • Programming skills and experience working with data.

  • Knowledge of databases, data models, and data integration concepts.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Effective communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently.
