Ready to build the future of robotics with us?

We are seeking an experienced Manager of Business Intelligence & Systems Integration to lead the company’s evolution toward a more connected, insight-driven enterprise. This role sits at the intersection of data engineering, business process automation, and enterprise systems—owning the strategy, execution, and culture shift required to turn disparate data and manual processes into a unified, high-impact platform for decision support. If you’re driven by innovation, excited by cutting-edge technology, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!

What you’ll do:

Reporting to the CFO (and partnering closely with other executives), you will drive the roadmap for Business Intelligence, data governance, and systems integration. You will ensure our technology platforms support scalable processes, actionable dashboards, and strategic insights while maintaining security, compliance, and reliability.

We are a fast-growing technology startup transforming our industry with innovative autonomous robotics and data-driven solutions.  As we scale, we are investing heavily in integrated systems, business process mapping, and data visibility to unlock better insights and decision making across every function of the company.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, and/or Systems Integration, including at least 5 years at the Manager level or above.
  • Proven track record delivering enterprise-grade data and analytics solutions and driving system transformations in a growing organization.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and tools such as Databricks, Snowflake, or Synapse.
    • Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Domo, Qlik).
    • ERP/CRM configuration and integration (Epicor, Salesforce, or similar).
    • API development, orchestration, and integration patterns.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills; able to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights.
  • Successfully complete pre-employment onboarding requirements that may include criminal/civil background checks

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience leading enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with modern data architectures (data mesh, data fabric, data lakehouse).
  • Knowledge of ITIL, Agile, or SAFe methodologies. Professional certifications in cloud/data platforms or integration (e.g., Azure Architect, MuleSoft Integration Architect).
  • Experience in industries with complex manufacturing and field-service data streams.

Why you'll love working here:

  • Work with innovative robotics technology that’s shaping the future of autonomous cleaning
  • Grow alongside a fast-expanding company with exciting career development opportunities
  • Collaborate with a global team and be part of a dynamic, diverse, and inclusive workforce
  • Access comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and wellness coverage
  • Thrive in a collaborative environment where your ideas and contributions truly matter
