Position Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining crucial data that supports our operational excellence. Your work will be instrumental in helping us achieve our mission of providing top-tier functional execution, which is the foundation of our customers' travel experience.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Accurately entering and maintaining crucial data that supports our operational excellence
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Developing and maintaining predictive models and figures to proactively convey required settings
• Investigating asset use and identifying more efficient arrangements
• Announcing related to the execution of asset arranging drives
• Examining the latest trends in asset arranging
• Developing complex reports and investigations with guidance from leaders
• Supporting complex process improvement and project management commitment for both individual specialty units and cross-divisional drives
• Presenting findings to OAP and specialty unit leaders, including senior leaders
• Serving as an internal expert to partners and providing insights to drive results

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Experience with scientific tools, such as SQL, Python, and R
• Strong business acumen, analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills, and the ability to manage complex processes with cross-functional teams
• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal skills, with the ability to create succinct, relevant, and decisively determined reports and presentations for senior leaders
• A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to perform well under pressure
• The ability to influence without authority and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with MS Office is required
• A commitment to the well-being and safety of self, others, and individual information
• An ability to work with diverse individuals, perspectives, and styles
• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, experience with the following would be beneficial:

• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Knowledge of cloud-based applications, such as Salesforce or Workday
• Experience with project management tools, such as Asana or Trello
• A background in business analytics or a related field
