Position Overview

As a Part-Time Remote Live Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through instant messaging on our website or mobile app. You'll work closely with our customers to resolve technical issues, answer product-related questions, and offer real-time problem-solving solutions. Key Responsibilities

* Become a brand or product expert: Develop a thorough understanding of arenaflex's products and services to provide customers with reliable support throughout the purchasing process or troubleshoot any issues that arise.

  • Maintain live chat best practices: Respond to every customer query, use clear and correct writing, and professional language, making sure customers feel valued and followed up with post-chat.
  • Provide pre- and post-sales support: Carefully answer customer questions, provide clear and transparent details on our products, and patiently guide customers through the purchasing process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless communication and a unified customer experience.

Essential Qualifications
