We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team in a remote/hybrid role. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for building customer relationships by responding to a high volume of INBOUND phone calls. You will work with customers and Sales team members daily in a team-based environment. You will use a computer and multiple computer programs with periods of sitting up to 8 hours per day. You will resolve customers' challenges by using all resources for account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management. You will also resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures.Responsibilities
- Build customer relationships by responding to a high volume of INBOUND phone calls.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Ability to commute to our facility from your home.
- A secure workspace at home dedicated to job activity.
- Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once.
- Stable internet with ability to provide proof of internet speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds.
