Job Description

As an Experienced Full Stack Information Specialist II at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in driving innovative solutions for information management, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Planning and Developing Top-Notch Content: Create high-quality content for versatility, dependability, and execution, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
• Troubleshooting Complex Splunk Issues: Utilize your expertise in cutting-edge Splunk and dashboarding to resolve intricate issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
• Collaborating with External Applications and Frameworks: Work with external applications and frameworks to drive innovative solutions for corporate information collection to business logging stages.
• Advancing and Teaching Client Community on Splunk Search, Alarm, and Dashboard Best Practices: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the client community's knowledge and skills in Splunk.
• Performing Daily Functional and Local Area Support: Provide timely and effective support to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Information Understanding, Order, and Enhancement: Analyze, order, and enhance information to drive business value and customer satisfaction.
• Creating and Overseeing Information Articles: Develop and manage information articles, including fields, extractions, labels, event types, queries, workflow activities, pseudonyms, and macros.
• Arranging Rundown-Based Reports and Information Model Speed Increase: Develop and implement reports and information models to drive business value and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 3+ Years of Experience: Creating advanced Splunk dashboards and searches in Splunk, with a strong understanding of Splunk's Basic XML System and application structure.
• Pre-Planning Experience: Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or other programming languages, with experience in pre-planning, automation, and Ansible.
• Splunk Expertise: Strong knowledge of Splunk products, including Splunk Enterprise, Splunk Cloud, and Splunk On-Demand.
• Collaboration and Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and drive innovative solutions.
• Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a strong emphasis on work-life balance.

Preferred Qualifications

* Ansible and Git: Experience with Ansible and Git, with a strong understanding of version control and automation.

• Web Development: Knowledge of web development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Splunk Add-Ons: Experience with Splunk add-ons, including Splunk Enterprise Security, Splunk IT Service Intelligence, and Splunk Cloud.
• Splunk Frameworks: Familiarity with Splunk frameworks, including Splunk's Basic XML System and application structure.
