Job Summary

As a Customer Account Representative (Inside Sales) at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in selling our products and services to customers, helping them to achieve their goals and objectives. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

* Sell arenaflex products and services to customers, both existing and new, through a variety of channels, including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions

  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell arenaflex products and services, and develop strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of arenaflex products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and provide feedback and insights to inform arenaflex's product and service offerings
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, and contribute to the growth and success of arenaflex's virtual customer service team

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a virtual or remote sales environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or a willingness to learn and adapt to new offerings
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
