The Role

As a Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls from our customers across all our store locations. You'll embody the Mission, Vision, and Values of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and support while working with our sales team to educate customers about the effects of Good Feet arch supports. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering calls, transferring calls to appropriate store locations, and returning calls as needed
  • Remedy any customer concerns or issues by being an available voice, routing calls accurately, and following up as needed
  • Scheduling appointments for multiple stores via Google Calendars
  • Listening to customers to understand their needs and quickly identify the right questions to ask
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support, embodying the arenaflex Mission, Vision, and Values

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills: You'll be the voice of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and support over the phone.
  • Excellent time management skills: You'll be juggling multiple calls, appointments, and tasks, so strong time management skills are essential.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills: You'll be working with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders, so excellent interpersonal skills are crucial.
  • Detail-oriented, especially with follow-up processes: You'll need to ensure that customer concerns are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Ability to work alternating Saturdays until 5:00 pm: You'll need to be flexible and available to work on Saturdays as needed.

Education/Experience

* High School Diploma or G.E.D: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.

  • Physical Requirements: Prolonged sitting and typing at a computer, occasional travel to Richmond, VA.
