Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Advocate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Acting as a liaison, providing product/services information, and resolving customer issues
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients, answering product questions via email, phone, and live chat
  • Providing best-practice consulting and product training to help customers utilize software effectively
  • Investigating and diagnosing system issues, developing and implementing solutions
  • Adhering to updated policies and standard operating procedures to ensure customer satisfaction

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong computer skills and ability to multitask
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced call center environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability to work shifts ranging from 7am CST to 7pm CST (M-F)

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1 year of relevant experience
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Technical, help-desk, or support experience
  • Experience using CRM software, such as Salesforce
